The view looking into Cook's Bay on the island of Moorea stands out from the many photos that gave us inspiration to make this journey .
With its deep cleft bay providing a safe and secure haven, the coastal plains providing a plentiful supply of food, its streams fresh water and all this against a fantastic skyline, Cooks Bay must be one of the worlds great anchorages.
Moorea is now the main centre for Pinneapple cultivation in French Polynesia
