We left the Kumai river a couple of days ago, on a 48 hour passage to the island of Serutu--a lovely anchorage all to ourselves--but really just a stopover to get a good night's sleep before the next 48 hour passage--it's time to make tracks for Singapore, where we leave Simanderal for brief trips to Oz and then Europe.
So tonight anchored off Serutu--we arrived at 10 a.m. had some rest, a swim etc.--and tomorrow we head onwards.
All is well.
