Happy New Year all.
We spent ours at Rebak marina on Langkawi---a
favourite place with a resort and a great pool.
And we were joined for most of the festive season
by Andrew, Emma and Tilly--now 11 months old. They arrived at Rebak from
Brisbane a few days before Christmas and left on new year's eve!!
As expected, a lot of sailing aquaintances also
based in Rebak for the season, so a social time when not chasing after
baby!
|the Hard Dock restaurant put on a good buffet meal
for the cruisers---good craic---and then off to the resort to bring in the new
year with fireworks etc. And more good craic.
So all is well. We expect to take delivery of new
batteries later in the week, and will be heading off back to Phuket on the 12th.
and at the end of the month flying back to Europe to sort out affairs before the
"big trip".
