morning. Mixed bag of weather--some sailing--mainly at night--and a lot of
motoring when light wind. But 4 nights at sea seemed to pass ok--I took
one watch and Ger/Michele the other. And we ate well--baked salmon first
night-steaks the next, sea bass the next and pasta the last. Even had 2
showers en route!
Quite a lot of swell at start but moderated by third day. Hardly saw
another boat or ship the whole 500 miles! Indeed saw not a single other
yacht. But plenty of dolphins.
Plan to stay here for a week--hire a car etc--and then off to Lanzarote
around 12th.
