After Knidos we made our way back to Sogut, via more lovely anchorages. First one was Mercinik Bay. This was the nicest stop so we decided to stay two days. There was a resident large loggerhead turtle. There was also an incident with an Australian sailor who cut his foot very badly on the rocks while taking his line ashore. Duncan did a brilliant job bandaging him up. Next day we went to Tazla Koya, we had a small bay to ourselves until a big gulet joined us and dropped his anchor over ours. "No problem!" he said. But in the morning we did have a problem with two anchors tangled up. They did manage to sort it out.
After a lunch stop in a lovely bay we made it back to Sogut and send Vincent on his way by taxi.
We are having an admin day on my birthday with a very lazy start and full breakfast.
