As you can see we have now moved from Santubong and
are in the Bako National Park. The water is better for swimming, although
instead of crocodiles we now have to watch out for jelly fish.
The rest of the crew has gone for a walk on the
island while I catch up on admin.
We had a good time exploring Kuching, Santubong
village and the Semenggoh Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre where we saw some
Orangutans. It was very busy with visitors and we did not see many animals,
but it was still interesting.
We are now on our way up the coast. The plan is to
leave early in the morning for the Rejang River.
