Kekovo Roads was still as good as we remembered; although we had to share it with more people now. We did go to a new anchorage; Karaloz, which was by far the best. We even had the bay all to ourselves for the last hour we were there. From there we went to Ucagiz Limani, which was very crowded, but it is a large bay and we anchored a long way up with just 1.6 m under the keel. From there we visited the village and the ruins around it. The next morning we visited Kale Koy and the castle and ruins there. You'll find sarcophaguses in all stages of ruin and all over the place. It must have been a very rich civilization all those thousands of years ago.
Today we are in the very new Kas marina. 10 years ago we tied up to a concrete wall here. The marina is very nicely done and seems very successful. We'll be here for a few days. Last night we went looking for a well recommended restaurant in the Lonely Planet (before 2005 edition!) were we enjoyed a meal the last time we were here. After walking around town and talking to a local, we finally found it under a different name. Still we had a lovely meal.
