We are now in the most dangerous area and for the next 24 hrs to come. It is windy and the sea is quiet rough, so not good for small skiffs. We have not seen much in the way of commercial shipping so far and one dhow towing some skiffs, but they did not come close to us. It gave us a change to practice "code yellow" and come together quickly, which we did well. We also stopped for a few hours when the sea was calm and did a fuel transfer. Highland Duck carries 600 extra liters in an orange bladder. Roger also went onto Highland Duck and between them they managed to get the auto pilot working again. So all good.
We also have seen a coalition plane go over a couple of times to check us out.
Otherwise we carry on, making good speed over the ground, but sailing in convoy is quite tiring and stressful. A few more days to go.
