Frustrations

We have been working very hard for the last six weeks or so to get the boat ready for the next season and we are nearly there. The hull is polished and antifouled. Engine and generator serviced and so it goes on. We have sent the windows away to Brisbane to have them re-sealed, had a new "conservatory" build over the cockpit so we can sit in comfort when the weather is not so good. And we have been waiting for the steering box, which was sent for repair in UK after the guy in Sydney could not cope with it. This arrived today after a few frustrating days of tracking and trying to find out where the parcel was. Only to find out that the steering box is in bits and some parts are missing... It turns out (after a phone call) that the guy in Sydney sent the box to UK in parts and did not send all the parts. So now what to do..??
It looks like we will not be going into the water just yet. We will let you know when the time comes.
