We decided to join Mart and Rutger for a few days at the Empire Hotel in Jerudong. It is such an incredible hotel not to be missed.
We did a day tour to Temburong National Park. This involved a bus ride, a fast boat ride, a bus ride and then a longboat ride. We then walk up a steep track to do a canopy walk (I decided to give that one a miss). We then had a nice lunch at the Rainforest Resort and made our way back. The fast boat ride back was even more scary and quite dangerous really than on the way there, but we survived. We played golf the next day on the beautiful course here at the hotel. In the afternoon we drove to Kuala Belait and Seria to show Mart and Rutger where we used to live.
Today we have had a quiet day catching up on emails and rest. Tomorrow we all move back on board.
