USA - Maryland, Chesapeake, Saint Michaels

We left Hamptons and sailed up Chesapeake Bay. No sooner that we were in the bay we noticed another catamaran behind us looking familiar, and found that it was our friends Charli and Andy on Avalon whom we’d met on Hogs Island, Bahamas. We sailed in company and chatted up the bay.

Arriving at Saint Michaels on the Miles River, we were treated to an awesome sunset

Going ashore in Saint Michaels we were pleased to see that they had Mandatory Face Masks required

We were awed at the cute houses, Bed and Breakfasts, parks and historical village

The town is quiet Monday to Thursday with very few residents, then on Friday the hoards arrive both by boat and vehicle and the village swells
