A good weather window had set in so we quickly upped our anchor and set off from Bimini, north of North Rock and across the Bank to the Tongue of the Ocean overnight.
Leaving Bimini, the Channel clearly marked with deeper water
An amazing sunset, full cloud cover with the sun shining on this section of cloud high up
Good sailing with a northerly wind, deep blue waters
We sailed overnight across the bank, and then all next day down the Tongue of the Ocean, stopping at Green Cay at 4pm.
We slept through to 2am and then up’s anchor for the final section of the Tongue, to get to Lark Channel - which is not often used, in daylight - just incase.
We followed 4 different electronic maps across Lark channel, to ensure we kept to the channel

Navionics
AquaMaps
C-Maps Time Zero
Lark Channel ended up being wide and event free with depths ranging from 6 to 9 meters. No Bommies in sight anywhere.
We arrived at Bueno Vista late afternoon to a gorgeous sunset and a welcome nights rest.
