Bread Day  - Made bread today. It is hot work without having to knead the dough and put the oven on high for over 40 minutes. But the result was worth it.

Weather is overcast and have had occasional rain showers but nothing like the rain we had previously on passage. But the temp got up to 35c just before the rain. It is very sultry with 70% humidity.

Stephen is having a more restful day today, with plenty naps. We both hope that the rest is helping his back. It is good to be safe at anchor.
