We arrived at about 9.30 Monday morning and tied up to a bright yellow buoy. Hoping to have a cup of tea and some breakfast we put the kettle on. Then the water taxi turned up and said that Customs wanted us to go ashore and complete the formalities! So off we went, leaving breakfast half eaten. Oh well we will catch up.

 

To get here we have travelled 1763 Nms and it took 315 Hours and 22 minutes at an average speed of 5.6kts per hour.

 

Have been to the first part of the town but other than that we have we have not explored yet but are booked on a tour tomorrow. The island looks interesting and we are looking forward to learning more about life here, past and present.
