Title: Lakemba Passage

17:49.7S
178:07.5W

We are approaching Lakemba Passage which is the first landfall for Fiji and the true International Dateline. The sea is BIG and the sun is almost setting. There are reefs to look out for which is difficult in this sea.
Have made good progress so far and we should be in Vanua Levu island tomorrow night or certainly by the following morning. Oyster Moon is following on our heels but they will not make the passage in daylight.

Otherwise all well on board.

BTW Keith,we will be thinking of you tomorrow.
