A late entry, delayed by having to sail away. We stayed in Hobart for a few
extra days in order to attend the biennial Australian Wooden Boat Show.

built, including the engine, by the owner and completed the previous day after
several years’ work):
![]() And a highlight of the Show, a demonstration of traditional timber-getting
featuring a traditional bullock team:
![]() But the real highlight was the reunion of Alison with her long-lost cousin
Mark Chilton who emigrated to Australia as a child. Her is the moment, after
about 35 years apart:
