Good progress continues. Wind has backed (gone anticlockwise) as predicted, now from SE. We gybed (put the stern of the boat through the wind) in the night which requires careful methodical work because we have a complicated sail rig at present, with running backstays deployed. All went without incident.  We should now be able to stay on the starboard tack until we reach NC in about four days’ time if current wind forecast are accurate. Some hope!
