There is a very nice waterfall about an hour's walk into the forest:
 
 
 
There is a lovely pool at the bottom. Here is Ali swimming in it, right under the fall:
 
 
 
This was our first swim in fresh water for a very long time indeed. Wonderful. And most interestingly, we were sharing the pool with some very large freshwater shrimps (scampi sized) and small freshwater limpets. I'd love to know how they got here, into a short stream on one of the remotest islands on earth.
