Steady progress again after a day with little wind. The wind is more or less due east which means that it's right behind us. It's very uncomfortable going dead downwind in big seas - a nasty rolling corkscrew motion, with the danger of an accidental gybe bringing the boom across without warning and breaking something, so we're zig-zagging downwind - safer and smoother, but longer. Now well over 1000nm out, and over a third of the way there.
