Éowyn is back on the dock in
Jolly Harbour, Antigua
Having left Eowyn hauled out, we
arrived back last Friday after a hectic month at home. For the last 3 nights we
have enjoyed the comfort of a villa here, so at least after a hard days work, we
could return to a/c and a decent bed.
Eowyn was efficiently launched at
0800 today and the hoist operator weighed her at 16.5 tonnes - no wonder we are
low in the water.
We sail to Falmouth tomorrow for the
rig check required by our insurers, then off to Guadeloupe where Val and Mike
Birch join us for a couple of
weeks
