Yesterday we made the turn at Punta Galinas where the large
and confused seas can cause problems. We took a cautious route which will have
cost us about 3 to 4 hours but safety and comfort are our main concerns.
Winds were very light in the night but we are again running
under twistle rig at about 6.5 knots. We expect to get to San Blas at about
midday on the 13th.
We baked bread today and with the watermaker running we
managed a small clothes wash.
