Daily Basia Update

Éowyn is underway from
Recife Brazil to Grenada in
position 09:38.062 N 057:09.242W
No change at all in the night.
Basia still able to easily contain the water ingress as she proceeds surrounded
by the 3 guardships. Yesterday, Michael & Anna were very fatigued and we
agreed to cancel one of our 3 hourly scheduled VHF contacts.
At 1000 UTC on the 23rd we
have 314 miles to run to Port Louis, Grenada. We only need to average 5.2 knots
to arrive with some light but as we are losing the favourable current, Basia
will have to push on a little more to achieve that.
We finished our last fresh veg
yesterday, a red cabbage. The fruit and vegetables we bought in Brasil have been
the worst of the whole trip for keeping.
