We have now arrived to Nuku Hiva, the largest and most populated of the Marquesas islands. There are shops, hotels and restaurants here. Unfortunately the internet is not strong enough to send photos. We´ll try again later. We plan to stay here for a week before we sail on to the Tuamotos.  Our watermaker is now fixed and we have lots of water in the tanks so the crew and the boat is now clean again. All the Oysters will gather here and we look forward to the Party on Saturday with local dancers etc. The island is very beautiful and we plan to do a tour  to see the Tikis, large stone statues, and learn more about the Polynesian culture.

We hope to be back soon with a report and hopefully some pictures.
