So here we are, the start of our 2014 season. Tioram is back in the water and heading west for a new destination and adventure.
After three years in Greek waters we have decided to seek out a new location. We are heading to Northern Sardinia and the beautiful waters of the Costa Smeralda.  We are looking forward to meeting up with our Sardinian friends Lorenzo and Mabi who we met on the 2009 Atlantic Rally.
However, there is one important person missing from Tioram, just for the moment "Tina". She is spending a little more time at home with her family and then flying out in a few weeks to meet me in Sardinia. So I have enlisted the help of my two sailing friends Pete and his wife Debs. They have there own boat in Greece but have kindly offered to help me on this trip to Sardinia.
We hope to commence our journey west tomorrow the 15th. The weather however is a little difficult at the moment and we may be delayed a day or so. We are currently sitting in a nice anchorage south of Corfu town, But the wind is downing hard. Hopefully the start of our trip will not be delayed to long.
