Spent a lovely two days in Yarmouth. I little more then we planned, But
the sun was out,the view great, and the company good so we forgot briefly
about the trip ahead and relaxed. It was great fun meeting up with Rob and
Jenny, Alan and Karen.
Set off Tuesday morning planning to head for Weymouth. The weather was
warm sunshire with a very light easterly wind, we were motoring. Made such
good progress that we decided not to stop at Weymouth but push onto
Torquay. Arrived just before dark. A 12 hour journey but easy, flat sea
state and very light winds all the way (motor boating weather) Parked In
the main marina now, nice outside berth with access straight into town.
The plan is to stop hear today and then make a move onto Salcombe tomorrow
morning. The looks like the weather is getting poorer from the beginning
of next week so the plan is to get into Falmouth by the weekend. Well that
the plan anyway ???
