Hello all at home.

Its 20-00 pm and the watch has just changed. We have a 15knot north easterly wind and the forecast is for it to increase during the night to around 20 knots. Nothing to worry about we are all really to reduce sail if we have to. Our course is south west at a speed of about 7 5 knots. Have a good day and kept up a constant speed of around 8 knots, another 160 mile day..

Everyone is well and Tioram just taking it in her stride. May start fishing tomorrow. Al cooked a curry this evening . First class and best meal so far. The competition is on for the rest of us.

Weather slowly getting warmer although we are still in full foul weather gear at night and the decks get very damp. Looking forward to putting the big coats away.
