Bells on Sunday (courtesy of the BBC radio 4 News Briefing) starts the day! Another blue sky but windy morning. A few final jobs - sealant around the winch switches and bow thruster switch and boat tidying.
A short walk in the afternoon to take the ferry across Elizabeth River, past more Naval ship yards and stroll around Waterside and the Naval park - complete with battleship (USS Wisconsin) and a memorial of "letters" from Naval personnel in various wars - cast in metal and as if scattered on the sidewalk! All very interesting. A stop-over at the Waterside bar for drinks and nibbles before catching the ferry back to the Portsmouth side.
