Morning run (24 miles) - exhausting in the Georgia heat - last 5 miles helped with Di on the bike (pacing and enjoyingt he historic town scenery)! Started to repair port side drive chain (again)! Dismantrle head to check pulley (OK) and change joker valve). Evening relax - phew!
