Finally got round to working on the teak cockpit table (the leaves were unfinsihed by Moody on delivery). Tried Danish Oil on the udnersides - not a good finish. Left the upper sides nicely sanded smooth and shade almost matching the centre piece - nice job! Went to Jamestown - tour round Captain John Smith's fort (1607) as the first British landing in the U.S. - very interesting place - complete with the Pocahontas story. Williamsberg for dinner in the evening. A nice day out!
