The morning greets us full of expectation and anticipation - will the (re-assembled) outboard start and run? Yes it does - very smoothly as well - so the second problem had been a blocked fuel needle in the carburetor after-all (the first being a stuck float due to fuel gung caused by ethanol additive petrol). All was well! Off with the tender - up the marina and down the marina - engine sounding perfect - at last (no more rowing)! Time to formerly name and christen the tender "Mini Magic" once again! Deflated the tender BUT in the process of doing so I mange to slip off the dockside and fall into the marina water - not pleasant and even worse - losing my sunglasses in the dunking! So, a cocktail hour (or two) at the Clubhouse to recover was definitely on the to-do list for the evening!
