Today was to be the day to "shake out" the sails - the spinnaker after our last flying (and having to re-pack it down in the saloon) and the main to replace a lost mid-batten. But despite our early rise, the gentle breeze beat us to it, from over the stern - perfect for setting the spinnaker - as long as we were not tied to the dock!! So a postponement on sail repairs for another day.

Instead, a peaceful breakfast watching the Egrets fish for their breakfast along the creek side at lower tide, a chance for the bonsai to get some fresh air and a tender to wash, deflate, and pack away - that is before the thunderstorms rolled in with the deluge of rain again... this is not the summer weather we had come to expect in Georgia!
