Cycling and Radar

My next
distraction is a cycle tour which works well.
First a lagoon where they catch fresh water crabs, then a roadside stall
where there is corn and five varieties of banana, then a hand weaving mill
(very traditional with salaries of almost nothing) and then a 2,000 year old
temple with an equally old tree.
Next day my
PCB arrives. After organizing another
set of passes the engineers get into the harbour, fit the bit and, hey presto,
the radar works. Payment is in
cash. There are no receipts and no
guarantees. My fingers are crossed.
