After my delay in Puerto Rico I do not have much time in the DR.  The interesting interior of the country is difficult and expensive to get to so I see what I can and head off.  Arriving, I only have to pay bribes of about $60, something of a record. The marina is suberb but nearly empty so super cheap.  A Donald Trump failure!  I meet a Bear Sterns executive who has flown by private jet from New York for a weekend fishing on his $7million sport fishing boat.  He will spend more in two days than I will in a year!
