A wonderful country.  I could live here, superclean, superfriendly and super food.  In the railway station the staff all spoke English and wore immaculate tailored uniforms with gold piping.  I had 35 different pick ups and drop offs, all but one perfectly timed.  Sadly I suffered from altitude sickness.  I was actually quite ill and at one stage had to breath oxygen (available in every hotel and on every bus).  As a result I had to cancel my four day trek to Macchu Pichu; a great disappointment.  But I got there by train.
