A quick flight takes me to Viet Nam.  Superb efficiency from both my visa agent and driver.  What a city!  Communist?  Modern buildings in good condition, fancy shops with fancy frocks, new shiny cars and, with a population of 10 million, five million motor cycles which go so fast that I cannot get them in focus.

I just stay overnight then off to the Mekong delta for a few days.
