More to come...just waiting for good internet

We finally left the Riverside Drive Marina last
Thursday (April 9), and have been anchored in a very nice bay on the Great
Barrier Island off the coast of the North Island ever since. It's great to
be off the dock and truly boating again, but we are now going through
the readjustment process to the world of no TV, radio, internet or grocery
stores. We figure this is good practice for Tonga. We plan to stay
blissfully uninformed and anchored in this area for the next two
weeks. After that we will sail north to Opua where we will meet up with
Lady Kay and Storyteller as well as a bunch of other boats, and take off for
Tonga on May 2. We won't have internet until around the 27th of April, so
will not update the blog again until then since we don't have the ability to
send pictures without internet access. At that time, the rest of the South
Island land tour entries will be added as well as updates on our sailing
experiences thus far in Season Two.
Cheers from Harmonie - happily off the grid near
the Great Barrier Island, New Zealand.
