After one night in Gaspe Bay, we headed out for
another 30ish hour sail (we really did sail this time) to Summerside, Prince
Edward Island (PEI). We had a very nice sail and passed by some incredible
scenery. Picured below is Bonaventure Island, which is known for its bird
population. It's hard to see in this photo, but anything that looks like a
white spec, is a bird (some amount of imagination when viewing any of these
photos, is a plus). There were hundreds of birds flying around the
island, and it wasn't spooky. We didn't once think about the
Hictchcock movie, 'The Birds'.
The location noted above and shown on the map is
about where we were at midnight on Tuesday (7/31).
