The southerly F6 / 30 knots of wind we have been waiting for is here, we've let more anchor chain out and now just need to ride it out. We thought it was coming on Friday so are relieved it is finally here, forecast says it will be here until Thursday pm.

Just had a windy dinghy ride ashore for Harry to lay his prawn trap in Muros Marina then scurried back to the safety of TC.

Harry finished his Cape Verde courtesy flag and we popped it up the rigging to see what a home-made flag looks like from deck level. Isabelle began her Madeira flag and Harry the Canaries flag which Bol sketched in pencil on to the material as it has quite a complicated crest.

Bol has done lots of useful jobs on board, we are putting our minds towards a proper water catcher, but will wait for the wind to die away as it is a large tarpaulin. No swimming or scrubbing today, instead kids are watching "Swallows and Amazons" on DVD.

Interested to know what the building is in this last photo. Ideas to  sadlertc {CHANGE TO AT} gmail {DOT} com. There are several such buildings around.
