It was another quiet day here on the rock as lots of 'household' tasks were undertaken. In the morning Jojo attacked the pile of washing that had built up and so we are smelling much sweeter now. Meanwhile, I went to the library and used the WIFI to order a number of things we wanted from Amazon.

This afternoon was spent making a visit to Morrisons to buy all sorts of deli-cases that we had been missing while using the various supermarkets through Europe. We became rather over enthusiastic and with the help of the children ended up lugging a huge amount of shopping back to the boat. By the time we leave Gibraltar we should have restocked many of the items that we have used up on our voyage and with luck the boat will still have a visible waterline.

This evening as I walked back along the pontoon to the boat from my shower I saw what looked like a huge bow of a sailing boat just beyond our boat in the darkness. To my amazement I when saw a mast towering above the buildings as a 45meter yacht put her nose into the marina then reversed back around the corner into another dock. The glistening yacht 'Helios' was absolutely enormous with a crew of at least 10 people as it was expertly manoeuvred alongside the quay. I was especially pleased to see they had some of the rope holding devices I designed for Spinlock Ltd fitted to the mast.
