Alcoutim
We're writing this at the end of a memorable Easter Sunday. There now isn't a breath of wind outside and the Nightingale's call is floating across the water to us, it seems to sing most of the night.
The girls began the day with a swim off the boat and were glad to have tied a rope to the bow because once the spring ebb begins here it rips past the boat at quite an alarming rate.
Harry and Isabelle spent the morning painting more eggs which seemed to pass the time very easily... perhaps we can have a go at doing it at school's Easter Fayre next year!?
The tide was most accommodating enabling us to have our lunch out of the wind and in the sunshine. Then a very lovely 'happy hour' ashore at Christian and Pollys chatting on the verandah until it was too dark to see.
We are very lucky :-)
