10 Sept 2013, No wind at first but freshening later from the west to a force 4.

Up early today to see Janice off on the 0715 to Fort William for her bus to Inverness. Corpach basin quay is about 50 yards from the station so it must be the handiest crew change place on the planet. Out to the sea on first lock and had a comfortable sail down Loch Linne towards Oban. As we were fuelling up in the marina our VIP guests, Uncle John and Auntie Evelyn, arrived on the 1410 shuttle across the bay from Oban. It was lovely to see them and show them Pelagia where there is plenty of wood for John to run his expert eye over.

Due to ongoing inadequate sandwich preparation by the quartermaster we all had soup, starter and mains in the marina restaurant before rolling down the pontoon to our berths.
