Ok get the pasties warming in the oven and the beers in the fridge for our arrival because Purple Mist has hoisted the J4!
Speeds are up to 7kts and we can point better as well so hopefully our pathetic zigzagging can be accelerated to somewhat faster pathetic zigzagging...and the tide will turn as well in our favour shortly
Wind is still 25kts and it’s grey but the waves have subsided a little.
Main reef 3 issue, looks like the dyneema snapped! Oh well I still like to think it was the boat telling me to stop faffing with 3 reefs and get a shifty on.
