Oh what a beautiful morning

The sun has risen on the new day and we had a little more wind ...until 5 mins ago, now it’s back down to 5kts

We were doing quite well as I went off watch, I was kidding myself I was at least up with the leaders but on a more westerly course where of course I would get the new breeze first and zoom away. Unfortunately it seems the wind filled from the south and instead the whole fleet is bunched together. I’m now out of range for YB and Facebook but guessing our position is not looking too hot. Anyway all to play for

Meanwhile the clouds and ocean have been stunning so here are a few shots. The dolphins were out playing again. There are no signs of them above water but you can hear the squeaking and the depth gauge shows 1m under the keel as they swim under the boat.
I also got a shot of a Portuguese man-O-war jellyfish. Not a great shot but it’s a bit tricky hanging your phone over the boat, the risk of dropping it in somewhat hinders getting a good shot.
