We went out to dinner at La Limone, a nice Spanish
restaurant which turned out to be owned and runs by a couple from.....
England. So much for authentic Spanish food.
Aperitifs. Note the Del Boy decoration with
the Sangria:-
 During our wait we were 'entertained' by a group of
people who played music (poorly) on an electronic keyboard of some
description. They then proceeded to whip out a small turntable on a bit of
pipe and placed a goat on top. The turntable was slowly turned by a man
with a 'lead':-
 A lady then passed amongst the diners of the
various restaurants and attempted to collect money. We didn't contribute
as, apart from the 'show' being uninvited we didn't feel it was a good thing to
encourage this treatement of the goat (although it seemed perfectly
happy). Others must have felt similarly as the collection didn't go well
and they quickly packed up and moved on. All in all it lasted about 4
minutes.
Dinner was lovely
though.
