The engine is still running hot and I noticed when
I checked the engine oil yesterday that it needed about 0.4 litre on top up
which is very unusual. It is certainly using more oil now it's running hot
which will need some proper attention when we can get it.
We shopped and used the internet in Favignana
over the last couple of days and had a nice Italian pasta lunch ashore
today. I found a Vodafone to get an Italian SIM card so we can get
internet on the phone whilst we're here and for Sardinia. It makes
getting weather forecasts so much easier, especially if we are at anchor away
from a town.
Beside the harbour are the old tunny warehouses
which are disused now.. The chimneys are a little bent - it's not my
photography. They need Fred Dibnah:-
