Arrived Fiji nearly two weeks ago and no blogs as
having a great time with Anne.
We stayed on a small island called Matamanoa in the
Mamanucas. Most striking is that the Fijians are incredibly friendly and made us
very welcome.
Stayed in a Bure ( sort of thatched hut) just
50 yards from the beach, complete with very comfy hammock.
No TV, no phone, very peaceful.
Robert came over in Into the Blue but reef was a
bit tricky so he went off to another safer anchorage.
Tomorrow we are off to meet the boat in Musket cove
and from there Robert , Sam and I leave for Vanuatu.
