On the end of the outside pontoon, so bit of a wash every time the Marinairos bombed past in their powerful dingies, which was all day long! Not too bad. The advantage of the position was that we had a stellar view across
the sizable harbor to the Fort. We caught up with the 'Swiss Contingent' who were there already, of course they were there already!
Noisy town - music blaring until 04:00. Walked the fort - big and nice. I'd give Bodrum a couple of stars but it wasn't as nice as Marmaris - but well worth the stop. Checked out of Turkey here, at the customs point 100 meters away, where we chuckled at the 'Swiss Contingent' who got into allsorts of trouble with their anchor. A little blood was spilled (Erica), and a little embarrisment was worn (Beat), but noone died in the making.
Goodby lovely Turkey.
