Easy crossing from Kythnos. Needed to swan about a bit, to find a hole to slot x86, at anchorages that were filling fast in the later afternoon. Bit of a drama eventually getting tied up to a wall next to a six boat Dutch flotilla. An unusually unhelpful bunch, where two of six boats actually suggested we go somewhere else. Having lived on the Dutch border for 2 years, I like the Dutch - but now a little less so.
Lovely place - not quite sure why it's called Russian Bay, but the scenery is great, and the prefab micro beach Taverna, perfect.
The Dutch all left at 10:00. No crossed anchor issues. We resisted waving the middle finger, as they motored away!
I headed to town to get parts for a water pipe leak (fresh water), and Chance and Karen set too, cleaning the plimsol line. On arrival back from an easy gocycle into town, I awarded myself two afternoon beers, for obtaining the needed parts :-).
