We are still resting by this fantastic island, where there are no metalled roads, and the only vehicles are ancient landrovers.  All the houses are whitewashed, and look almost Arabic.  We have only seen one street sign on the entire island.   It is made up of sheets of old lava rock, encrusted with xenoliths, and layers of volacanic ash tuff.   We are all trying to get ready to go to England in three days, mentally and physically!  We have to sail forty miles to Lanzarotte, and fly from there.   It feels very strange to think that we will be leaving everyone here.....we have made so many good friends.   They will all sail off and move on,  like a migrating herd.

Here is a picture of the island.

Another boat of friends pulls up onto the pontoon, and everyone comes out to say hello.  Spot Chris milling around in the throng!
