27 53N 68 07W   Bumpy ride today with 25+knot headwind,so closehauled, well heeled and spray flying. SG going well with 2 reefs and half jib, hydrovane steering faultlessly- hasn't needed adjusting for 24hours. Too wet to be in the cockpit as only shelter immediately under the spray dodger. Forecast is for the wind to shift from the NE to E/SE and ease to 15-20knts in the morning. So when it does we will tack and then hopefully be able to sail in more comfort straight to Bermuda-another 320miles away still.  Have made contact with another yacht nearby (Patron) so someone else to talk to occasionally. We will be able to put faces to the voices when we get to Bermuda.
